Josette Simons - l would like to commend the treatment I have received from Dr Jaswaland the rest of your team. Having a great fear of Dental work which could be described as a phobia, I had not visited a Dentist for 40 years. At retiring age, I decided I should take the plunge and after two sessions with a local hypnotherapist, I called for an appointment. The receptionist was extremely understanding and arranged for a check-up with "a very understanding Dentist", Dr Jaswal. From the moment I entered his room, I was put at ease and he took time to explain everything, undertook a checkup and discussed various options. Although shaking for most of the time, I could not have hoped for better. Another session for a number of extractions was again taken at a suitable pace with explanations, caring and a extreme amount of understanding. Further visits for a denture were a lot easier but, once again, the caring attitude was tremendous. Your support staff are also very efficient, friendly and I have no hesitation in recommending to those who ask how I now have a smile, with teeth!! Thank you.
Steve Brown - I went to see Dr Hussain to receive some advice on having braces fitted. It was something I had been thinking about for a while but had never got round to. From the very first meeting Dr Hussain made me feel at ease, asking me the right questions to find out my desired goal. I felt like I was talking to an acquaintance rather a doctor, and this was great as it made for the whole process to be less daunting. After ascertaining what I wanted to achieve, he presents different solutions. It was very easy for me to make my choice as the differences between the options were made very clear. I chose the Fast Braces as it offered me the the result in the fastest time possible with the best results. The on going appointments are going well and at every stage of the process I am being kept informed of my progress. I am delighted with the results so far and with Dr Hussains professionalism. Once the brace treatment is completed I am planning some more work with Dr. Hussain as I have full confidence in him
